Originally scoped as a single t-shirt design, this project was expanded into a cohesive micro-brand system for COL Fitness. The character-driven graphic establishes a recognizable mascot identity that reinforces gym culture and member pride. The design was intentionally developed for adaptability across apparel, interior graphics, merchandise, and promotional materials.
